OUR HISTORY
Founded in 1949, Borella S.r.l. is an Italian trading company that over the years has increasingly specialized in the distribution of household products for the kitchen, table, catering and furniture.
We are a company that, based on the changing needs of the market, carries out a constant and careful selection of trends and innovative proposals in order to design and import items from all over the world thanks to the strong partnerships and relationships built during the years, with the most important global manufacturing companies.
Since 1949 we have been working to improve the range of our products day after day in order to be accessible in price but without sacrificing design and quality, historical characteristics of our products.

OUR SHOWROOM
Our Showroom is spread over about 400 square meters where you can find our entire assortment divided into the brands Borella Casalinghi, Arte Gourmet Tableware and Arte Gourmet HO.RE.CA in addition to the trendy household brands.
Our collaborators will be enthusiastict to advise you on your choices, collecting your order using tablets to facilitate immediate order fulfillment.

OUR SERVICES
Our warehouses are spread over a covered area of 8,000 square meters, used in part for the storage of goods and in part for picking.
In order to ensure rapid order fulfillment, in 2016, we adopted a fully automated system based on Wireless and barcode technology for warehouse management and product traceability.
Our logistic system, completely automated, is based on a central computer system which, by controlling all the phases of acquisition and management of orders, is able to guarantee their fulfillment in a very short ammount of time and with a very low margin of error.
Using smart tablets, the warehouse operators receive the order from the central system and process it.
The delivery of the goods takes place with affiliated couriers or directly with some owned vehicles.
The commercial activity is carried out by a network of agents around the country who, with their periodic visits, are able to meet the needs of customers in collecting orders.
Collecting orders is simple and immidiate; the agents, by using a customised application made for Borella s.r.l, on their tablets, are able to always ensure maximum speed , accuracy and quality of the products and services.
